Shipping Policy
DREAM products are prepared and shipped in small batches. We appreciate your patience while we get your order packed and moving.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, restocks, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
DREAM cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Incorrect addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
DREAM is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us with your order number and any available photos or tracking information. We’ll help determine the best next step.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently available unless specifically shown as an option at checkout.
