Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your DREAM order. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In their original condition

Returned with any original tags or packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or alteration may not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Because many DREAM products are produced in small batches, replacement sizes or colors may not always be available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Items marked final sale

Customized or personalized products

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. DREAM is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

 

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll make every effort to help, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
